Here are some examples of how pace was associated...

The second annual World Pneumonia Day was held on November 12, 2010. World Day of pneumonia began in 2009, a broad coalition of public and nonprofit organizations, Äîincluding Sabin Vaccine Institute and PACE, Äîto mobilize efforts against neglected disease that kills more than two million children under five years. The event helped the crisis in healthcare for the population, AT consideration and urged supporters, donors and politicians, so take measures to combat the disease. Members of PACE in the world again worked to help organize the Global Day of pneumonia events and coverage will conduct Nov. 12, 2010 truly global day. Here are some examples of how PACE was associated with the World Pneumonia Day 2010:

PACE Co Orin Levine was involved in the people of Pneumonia - Conversation Leader Cokie Roberts. Hosted at the Kaiser Foundation in Washington, and was organized by the coalition, the conversation was attended by Dr. Levin, Mrs. Roberts, Dr. Emanuel Ezekiel, Special Advisor to the Director of Health Bureau of the Budget and the White House, Ms.. Shannon Duffy Peterson, counsel parents of parents of children with infectious diseases (PKIDs) and Dr. Salim Sadruddina, counselor children's health and nutrition, Save the Children together to discuss global, local and personal losses from pneumonia. PACE has organized a series of small grants to encourage and support global WPD activities, recipients included organizations in Nepal, Mali, the Philippines and Egypt. In the Philippines, 23 agencies, the Department of Health and Department of Science and Technology conducted a study on the forum on the topic. Numerous events were organized in China, including conferences with pneumonia for the Chinese Society of Pediatrics and Child Chinese Subsociety Pulmonolgy, ads in local newspapers and interviews on local television, and measures for health professionals and paediatricians in different cities. Member of PACE Zulfiquar Bhutta participate in discussions on prevention of pneumonia and control in Pakistan. Bangladesh again organized by partners in the celebration of the day with children's health Research Foundation, Bangladesh Association of pediatric care for children and others.
